The Grand Master has asked me to update you with the following:
The Grand Master has designated June as casual attire month. Should any of your lodges choose this option, members are permitted to wear casual attire (no shorts, jeans and /or sneakers). Officers are still required to wear Masonic dress and regalia for the meetings.
The Grand Master has issued the attached blanket dispensation allowing the lodges to conduct combined EA & FC degrees during the month of September.
Also, as a reminder if you are aware of any award recipients (Master Builder; Craftsman and/or Pillar) who will be attending the Quarterly Communication in Johnstown, please provide us with their names and lodge numbers. The awards need to be given to me Friday evening or Saturday morning prior to the Communication.
